Health and Beauty Tips from Our Winners:

AMARA: “Enjoying the outdoors in Florida is great, but often calls for a chemical-free ‘Bug-Away’ spray. I use Young Living essential oils because they are very pure and undiluted, but you can experiment with what you like best.”

It also provides a stream of negative electrons and a number of spectrum photons, which the body can convert from one photosynthetic-like form of energy to another. Walk barefoot on the Earth to connect with a source of negative electrons, enhancing the capacity to heal and generate metabolic energy. All of this is related to water, I believe …”

unnamed-1 copy EMMA: “My homemade Banana, Honey & Yogurt Facial Mask is the perfect ending to a stressful work week. I do Facial Fridays with my daughter every Friday night after a long week’s work and school for her. It’s also very relaxing for someone with a chronic neurological condition. After washing the mask off, spritz your fresh skin with Watt-Ahh!”
