Nik Wallenda is the internationally famous daredevil who crossed the Grand Canyon on a wire and is also shown in this photo balancing on the grab bar on the deck of the Watt-Ahh® race boat. Nik and the Wallenda family also live in our hometown, Sarasota, FL.
We reacted in a blog on the recent sad news that the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus is folding tent. We agree with Nik and many other Sarasota residents that the last curtain call for the Ringling Circus should happen here in Sarasota, where the “Greatest Show on Earth” originally started.
