While in Charlottesville last September celebrating Aunt Toni’s 100th birthday, Rob and I had to stop in and meet Bill and the rest of the Rebecca’s team. We walked in and noticed two different things right away. First, there were packs of Watt-Ahh® on the floor, lining the bottom of the shelves and coolers. Second, right in the middle store, there was a resource desk manned by individuals who are open to listening and sharing their health knowledge with all customers. Yes, Bill stretched my own scientific knowledge and recommended that I read Mae Wan Ho’s The Rainbow and The Worm: The Physics of Organisms. The book delves into the exquisite role of liquid crystals (energy) that enable intercommunication and coherence between the biological and physical sides of an organism.
