Make Soda Healthier Again

March 29, 2025 – Recently, Senior Advisor to the US Department of Human and Health Services, Calley Means, is making the news network rounds about sodas. One of these interviews can be found at this link. His statement about the federal government through the food stamp program that subsidizes soda for children motivated us to send him a letter that we are sharing below:

Dear Mr. Means:

We appreciate your efforts in shining a light on national news outlets about recently extinguished  federal programs of soda subsides that are contrary to beneficial supplemental nutrition for our school children.

We have had a beverage brand on the market for 18 years and have been frustrated with the beverage industry on not reducing sugar in beverages. Plant-based and artificial sweeteners are not stabilized in beverages. Through the years, we have outreached to major beverage companies to recommend the use of our discovered state of water, improved at the subatomic level, that will stabilize beverage ingredients and deliver great flavor with less sugar. Our last outreach is to the CEO of Pepsico and our letter is enclosed. (Note: anyone interested in seeing this letter, please email inquiries@aquanew.com).

We look forward to your book entitled “Good Energy”. Recent research has discovered that the primary fuel for mitochondria does not come from glucose going thru the Krebs Cycle but instead active oxygen. Our water has active oxygen that is molecularly bonded to hydrogen and enriched with extra electrons. As you well know, it takes energy for the body to heal.

We are available to discuss with you about our technology and how it can help in providing superior hydration, energy and make healthier beverages.

Sincerely, Rob Gourley, CEO
