Hoarding of Watt-Ahh is Over – Watt-Ahh Liter Bottles are Back!

June 17, 2021: Good news: Both the liter and 16.9 oz. bottles are in stock!

During the last three weeks, we had no Watt-Ahh liter bottles to sell. During this water drought, we received a higher rate of customers confessing that they are “water hoarding” … even hiding Watt-Ahh from their spouses. Rob and I also have to admit to some hoarding of our own limited supply of Watt-Ahh.

What Happened?

The main cause of this liter-bottle drought was multiple mechanical failures at the bottling plant that pushed the production schedule back for the liter bottles. It is poetic that once “thunderstorm-in-a-liter bottle” production was finally underway this week, lightning caused a power outage and all of the systems for the bottling plant had to be rebooted!

Fulfilling Back Orders

We also appreciate the graciousness of our customers when we described the backlog dilemma to them. The typical response was it was fine and that they realize that it takes longer to get consumable products these days. On occasion, the customer would tell us that they will wait when the liter bottles are back in stock but converted their original two-case order into a full pallet!

We request continued patience over the next couple of weeks as we try to fulfill the accumulated back-orders for the liter bottle cases including many pallet requests to be freight shipped to our customers. We will honor first-come, first-serve on scheduling the pallet shipments as we work to fulfill all back orders.

The Amazon webstore is active again for online purchase of the one liter-sized bottle cases.

Fortunately, the 24-16.9 oz. bottle cases were available during this month-long delay on the liter bottles. The smaller bottles still can be purchased at the Amazon webstore too.
