June 25, 2026 – For decades, Rob Gourley have studied the energy fields, subatomic interactions, and frequencies associated with DiTetra Gas and Watt-Ahh. We believe this work is part of the trailblazing research on quantum physics in water and energy. Recently, quantum physics has become more mainstream in the science world. The 2026 Nobel Prize in Physics was presented to long-term researchers on quantum tunneling.
This month, it is fascinating that the U.S. Federal Government announced that America is on the “cusp of a quantum revolution.” While quantum computing remains in its early stages of development, it is anticipated to one day surpass conventional computing capabilities and likely exceed AI in driving innovation, scientific discovery, and national security.
After decades of studying the Intriguing Nature of Water, both the lead Chemist and Mechanical Engineer of WIT discovered the Fifth State of Water. Rob Gourley continues to this day in the coordination with experts in their fields who are researching the Fifth State of Water, under the U.S. registered trademark name of DiTetra Gas (a.k.a., Suratt Gourley Gas or SG Gas).
What are the Five States of Water?
First State of Water is a stable crystalline-like structure when liquid water is frozen or what is known as ice.
Second State of Water is considered the unstable state of liquid water. Vapor or steam is heated liquid water, not a gas, that readily condenses back into liquid form when cooled.
Third State of Water is electrolytic water gases that are generally considered unstable and highly reactive. When liquid water undergoes electrolysis, the hydrogen and oxygen bonds of water are broken and separated, forming multiple gases such as hydrogen and oxygen.
Fourth State of Water is a gel-like form of water found in biological systems such as water-rich fruits and plant cells. Some researchers describe this state as H3O2.
Fifth State of Water is a stable gaseous form of water made from a precise electromagnetic process invented by Rob Gourley. The resulting molecular structure is described as H4O2 or the restructured dioxytetrahydride molecule that Rob calls DiTetra Gas. The electron reservoir added through the flow of electrons and the electromagnetic process stabilize the water molecules to create the plasma (or pure energy) properties of DiTetra Gas.
A New Approach for Water Stabilization
Rob Gourley’s discovery of DiTetra Gas applies the pure energy or quantum physics theories of Albert Einstein. More specifically on the Bose-Einstein Condensates (BEC) during the 1920’s. BEC is the theory of using absolute zero for atoms to merge into a single stable quantum entity. Over 50 years later, during the 1970’s, Rob initiated his research on finding a new method of producing a high energy crystalline-like structure in water.
Rob Gourley’s work explored methods of creating stable, high-energy water structures without the extreme temperatures associated with Bose-Einstein Condensates (BECs) and without the addition of trace minerals (e.g., gold) often associated with ORME or ORMUS*.
Rob Gourley invented strong electromagnetic fields with relatively low heat, using iron plates to transfer electrons through water-based electrochemical solutions. This electromagnetic process binds two oxygen atoms into a diatomic bond with four hydrogen atoms while adding electrons to hydrogen causing both stabilization of the liquid-gas structure and repulsion of other water molecules thereby creating a stable gaseous form of water that is dioxytetrahydride or DiTetra Gas (H4O2). The creation differential from both BEC and ORME is neither an extreme temperature change nor addition of trace elements into water, respectively, are required to make the stable plasma water Gas or what we call the Fifth State of Water.
One of the most notable observations during long-term laboratory testing has been the ability of DiTetra Gas-infused water to maintain the stability of certain compounds, including hydrogen peroxide, under relatively high heated conditions that would typically accelerate degradation. This research contributed to intellectual property that resulted in a U.S. utility patent issued on April 16, 2019.
For more than a decade, a medical products manufacturer, a WIT Technology licensee, utilizes DiTetra Gas-infused water as an active ingredient in products requiring stabilization of chloride-based compounds.
Since 2013, AquaNew, another DiTetra Gas Technology licensee has produced over 250,000 cases of therapeutic bottled drinking water.**
Other On-going Research
Additional medical applications are currently being tested in research clinics ranging from vision recovery to neurological wellbeing.
Rob Gourley’s current research focus is infusing DiTetra Gas into restructuring fuels that improve engine performance and provide more complete combustion to lower tailpipe pollutants and less excess thermal heat emissions.
At AquaNew, we are proud to be part of pioneering research that seeks to better understand the principles of quantum science and their potential practical applications in the fields of health, hydration, and energy. As scientific knowledge continues to advance, we remain committed to exploring new possibilities and sharing our discoveries with those who are equally inspired by the future of technology innovation.
* Others have postulated that ORME (“Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements” or often abbreviated as ORMUS) share properties with Einstein’s predictions about atomic movement and quantum states. ORME involves the suspension of certain trace elements in water that may exhibit similar quantum and superconductivity properties like Bose-Einstein Condensates but occurring at room temperature (not absolute zero temperature).
** DiTetra Gas-infused water is available on the market as an ultra-pure drinking water under the U.S. registered trademark names of Watt-Ahh and AquaNew. Please visit either AquaNew.com and for even more technical information, go to WIT International’s website.
