Product Returns and Exchanges
For products purchased through the AquaNew, L.L.C. website, we guarantee your 100% customer satisfaction with Watt-Ahh®. We will give you a refund upon notification of product dissatisfaction within 14 days of the date of delivery; Or notification of damage on your copy of the Bill of Laden (BOL) upon receipt of delivery of pallet(s) holding cases of bottled water and notification to AquaNew, L.LC. within 14 days of the date of freight delivery. If damage to cases is observed at the time of freight delivery, please call AquaNew as soon as possible (888-936-2782). Timing of Product Shipping
We ship via UPS ground twice a week from AquaNew’s Fulfillment Center and once a week for freight shipment. On occasion, there are back orders and we will ship as soon as inventory has been replenished at our fulfillment center. We will notify you of any back order that may cause a shipping delay of more than a week.
Product Damage During Freight Shipping
When AquaNew, L.L.C. ships your pallet of bottled water, we will wrap the pallet and its contents in shrink wrap and cardboard corners. On the Bill of Laden (BOL), we will specify no Top Load and identify the number of cases on the pallet. We also affix several “Fragile” stickers on the packing shrink wrap or cardboard corners. Unfortunately, even with these precautions, some cases may be damaged in transit even though damage rarely happens. Our Product Damage During Shipment Policy is summarized below:
Do Not sign the BOL for your shipment until you have inspected it for damage.You should request the truck driver to wait while you inspect for any damage. If any case or contents is damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, please perform the following so AquaNew can activate its 100% customer satisfaction policy by either processing a refund or replacing any damaged cases:
- Before signing the Bill of Lading or BOL, contact AquaNew at 888-936-2782 to report the damage.
- Note it the number of damaged cases clearly on the Bill of Lading or BOL before signing it
- Count the number of cases received as we noted on the BOL
- If possible, please take photos of any damaged cases.
- Keep your copy of the BOL
No cancellation is accepted once the order has been shipped to you.
Company Name on Cardholder's Statement
Our company name, AquaNew, L.L.C., and contact number 1-888-936-2782 should appear on your statement; or the brand name Watt-Ahh.
We have a customer-friendly payment policy that can be rescinded or modified, at any time, should the Company determine a customer is not timely on payments. This policy focuses on orders that are processed and paid by our customers, independent from the use of our on-line secure shopping cart.
Should a customer or store show a pattern of late payments, it will be the Company’s sole discretion to require advance payment. either credit card or cash, prior to the Company agreeing to fill any order request. We will assess a $20 fee for any bounced check or for any open account over 60 days late, 2% late charge or a minimum of $20 for each late month thereafter.

We reserve the right (but do not have the obligation) to remove or edit such content. We monitor our website on a regular basis and strive to maintain accurate, educational, and wholesome information for our customers.

Our company policy is to have all customers satisfied with their experience of visiting the AquaNew website and enjoying Watt-Ahh®. Any dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration under the laws of the State of Florida, except that, to the extent someone in any manner violates or threatens to violate AquaNew's intellectual property rights or license issued by LSG Partners, L.L.C., and its licensing agent, WIT International, L.L.C., AquaNew, L.L.C. may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Florida with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
AquaNew, L.L.C. reserves the right to make changes to our website and policies. If any policy is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that policy may be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Company policies.
