August 18, 2025 – Back in 2007, I was not on the blog bandwagon since I wanted AquaNew to avoid pestering its customers. It took our Publicist, Danielle Palli, to convince me that it was a good format to exchange information. Danielle created the framework for a free subscription to our weekly e-newsletter linked to AquaNew’s blog. Customers can unsubscribe anytime and we do not use their emails for marketing purposes.
Averaging a blog per week, hundreds of blogs have been posted since the shaky start in 2007. On a personal note, writing the blog is one of my favorite creative activities each week that usually starts with me waking up in the morning and starting to compose the next blog in my head. I try to showcase what we have learned from customers and their respective health journeys, contemporary health-related headlines, fascinating research discoveries, historical interests and the miracle of water. The open rate of the e-newsletter is good with an average of over 1,000 weekly views. AquaNew’s Facebook Page when we advertise a hot-topic blog article can hit over 10,000 views.
I like to think of the blog as collections of stories or “mini-books”. Starting in 2015, we created annual mini-books or series on a general topic. These days, it is popular with many celebrities and news journalists to have their own books published so we are indeed satisfied with posted blogs. Below is a list of the “mini-books” series that you might like to either revisit or discover yourself for the first time. For many of these topics, we knitted in the inexhaustive benefits of Watt-Ahh.
Discoveries between 2015 and 2017: Some of the favorite stories on telomeres, dolphins and the Hope Circuit of the brain.
Inventified in 2018: Honoring the friends and family who both encouraged and influenced Rob Gourley’s inventified mind.
Secrets of Longevity in 2019: Blue Zones, healing waters and more.
Mitochondric Life in 2020 (during the COVID years): Maternal mitochondria DNA, immunity and energy for healing.
Pow-Ahh Immunity in 2021 (during the COVID years): T-cells, frontline immunity defenses of the body and sustainable immunity.
Healing Requires Energy in 2022: A broad range of topics from the foundations of healing energy to energized tears to cleansing and nourishing the brain.
Ahh! Climate in 2023: DiTetra Gas fuel additive, super green hydrogen and more.
Detoxify! In 2024: Ancient history of detox, dental amalgam and even techniques on the best ways to pee.
This year’s topic (2025) is on Be the Ahh! Pets: Longevity, diet/hydration and recovery.
Coincidentally, the photo of me in the AquaNew office (see above) was taken in 2015 which also is the start year of the 10th anniversary of our “mini-book” series.
At the end of each year, the next mini-book series topic is announced. I am doing a tease now about 2026 by only giving its topic title: Angel Quest. I hope the early-morning inspiration for each article will continue to flow by being open to new experiences, new learning and new revelations on how Nature works. Sharing in the exchange of information in a blog has been one of the most phenomenal experiences of my life … something that I did not ever think I would love to do many years ago. I also have cherished the occasional positive feedback from our kind customers too. Thank you!
